Receive, Convert, and Return Bendix® Event Data Recorder data in the form of a Synercon Data Report (SDR)
By agreeing with this notice, you voluntarily grant Dearborn Group Inc. (dba Synercon Technologies) permission to access your Bendix® ACom® report. Further, you have also verified that the vehicle owner authorizes and approves the sharing of this data with Synercon Technologies for the purpose of generating a Synercon Data Report. Synercon will convert the ACom® report into a Synercon Data Report using verified conversion methods.
EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND OTHER DAMAGES:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEARBORN GROUP INC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO
THE LOSS OF THE ECU, THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATA DOWNLOAD, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE EVENT REPORTS, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
